Payment security

ETapri does not process or store card numbers directly. All payments run through licensed, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways and networks — including MyFatoorah, Visa, Mastercard, and Mada — with buy-now-pay-later transactions handled by Tabby. This means your customers' payment details are handled by infrastructure built and certified specifically for card and payment data, not by a general-purpose system bolted on afterward.

Data ownership and portability

Your product catalog, order history, and customer data belong to you. If you ever choose to leave ETapri, you can request an export of this data — you are never locked into the platform by your own data.

Platform architecture

ETapri runs as three connected systems — customer storefront, point-of-sale, and admin dashboard — off a single database, rather than stitched-together third-party plugins. That reduces the number of separate systems your data has to pass through, and the number of separate places it could be exposed.

Fraud awareness

Because checkout runs through WhatsApp and your own storefront rather than open marketplaces, order communication stays traceable to a real conversation with a real customer, which reduces exposure to the anonymous listing fraud common on open marketplaces. Standard good practice still applies: verify unusually large or rushed orders the way you would with any new customer.

If you believe you've found a security issue affecting ETapri or a merchant storefront, please report it to support@etapri.shop rather than disclosing it publicly, so we can investigate and address it responsibly.
