1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how InnoPay Ecommerce & Trading FZCO (trade licence No. 38027, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), operating as ETapri ("we," "us," "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ETapri platform — whether you are a merchant running a store on ETapri, or a customer placing an order through an ETapri-powered storefront. 2. Information we collect

From merchants: business name and trade licence details, contact information, banking and payment gateway application details (collected on our payment partners' behalf for gateway approval), product catalog and pricing, and usage data from the admin dashboard.

From customers (on a merchant's storefront): name, delivery address, phone number, order and item details, and communication sent through WhatsApp checkout. Payment card and payment account details are collected and processed directly by our licensed payment gateway partners — ETapri does not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

To operate your store: processing orders, coordinating delivery, and enabling WhatsApp-based checkout and communication.
To activate and maintain your payment gateway, in coordination with our banking and payment partners.
To provide customer support, via WhatsApp or, for Privé-tier merchants, a dedicated account manager.
To maintain and improve the reliability and security of the platform.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations in the markets where ETapri operates.

4. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with licensed payment gateways and networks (such as MyFatoorah, Visa, Mastercard, and Mada) and buy-now-pay-later providers (such as Tabby) to process payments; with delivery partners to fulfil orders where applicable; and with service providers who help us host and operate the platform. We do not sell merchant or customer data to third parties.

5. Data storage and security

Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant licensed gateways rather than stored directly by ETapri. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we do hold, appropriate to a platform operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

6. Data retention

We retain merchant and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of data we are not otherwise required to retain.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or export of the personal data we hold about you or your store, and you may request that we delete data we are not legally required to keep. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@etapri.shop.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our storefronts and dashboard may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the platform is used, so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children's privacy

ETapri is intended for business use by merchants and their adult customers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active merchants in advance of taking effect.
